Sound healing is a vibrational therapy. Pure sounds are used using a variety of tools, singing bowls, forks, bells, cymbals and percussion to stimulate certain areas of the body. A session would begin with a consultation and the treatment is very focused

Sound thereapy can be used to treat any illness or ailment or physical, emotional, as it works at a fundamental energetic level.

During sound therapy you will be seated or lying on the floor fully clothed. Following the treatment you may feel spaced out or sleepy.
