NLP in Birmingham & the West Midlands
Definition of NLP
NLP stands for neuro-linguistic programming and is based around the mind, body and language and how they interact concerning our perception and behaviour.
Practical and simple techniques are used to structure and alter behaviour to have positive effects on a person's state of mind, lifestyle and interactions with others. NLP can help people to become more succesful, motivated or focused.
Techniques for success in certain areas are modeled by observing people who do them well. This can help you to improve the way you think, learn and communicate.
