Definition of Iridology

Iridology uses the iris - the coloured part of the eye surrounding the pupil to diagnose health problems. The iris contains patterns, colours, textures and markings and is completely unique to each individual. The iridologist can see your strengths, potential weaknesses and general state of health

The iris also works as a map of the body, much like the foot in reflexology. Health problems will show here before they show in the physical body and hence iridology can be a preventative therapy.
