Definition of EFT
EMOTIONAL FREEDOM TECHNIQUE is a group of powerful techniques that can help just about everyone to achieve genuine freedom from the emotions that have created problems in their lives.
EFT helps to restore balance in the energy field and can rapidly resolve many psychological and emotional problems. It comes from kinesiology and works on the principle that the cause of all negative emotions is a disruption in the body's energy system.
It has helped people almost miraculously with a broad range of difficulties. New or old emotional upsets can often be released in minutes, their results are usually long lasting, and side effects are almost always positive.
