Bowen Technique in Birmingham & the West Midlands
Definition of The Bowen Technique
The Bowen Technique is a hands-on therapy that has proven life-changing and often miraculous.
It is widely used for pain relief and is very gentle. The Bowen Technique is not massage, acupressure or chiropractic and there is no force used.
Thumbs and fingers are used to gently move muscles and tissues. At certain intervals the practitioner stands aside or leaves the room to allow healing to occur.
